This is mainly due to the increase of new electrical items into the home. Extension leads can help you out, now and again, but they are not the answer, plus so many people overload them and this can cause a fire.
Our customer base is extensive, with 35% of our work through landlords with our planned maintenance and emergency call out service.
We offer a contractual annual maintenance service to all our landlords which takes the worry out of dealing with tenants and break down services; this includes the electrical systems, plumbing and general repairs.

We carry out all our work to BS7671 wiring regulation and backed up with Electrical Installation certification, Minor Electrical Installation Certification and EICRs (Periodic Inspection reports).
